First Aid training course

Who should attend?

Waterside’s three day First Aid at Work Course covers the practical skills a first aider requires in a modern working environment giving a confident approach to deal with most first aid emergency incidents. We can also provide a 2 day requalification and a one day annual refresher. All courses are recognised by the Health and Safety Executive.

Why is this course important?

As an employer, you are legally required to provide first aiders on your premises. The course delegates will carry out practical based training to cover the requirements of the regulations.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for anyone interested in furthering their emergency first aid skills.

Why is this course important?

The course teaches the essential skills required to operate an AED (automated external defibrillation) and gives students the confidence to know what to do in this kind of emergency. No previous first aid knowledge is necessary to attend an AED course.
