If you are successful at your interview and you receive notification that you will join the selection pool, this means you may be selected for company interview. You will enter the selection pool and a member of the Waterside team will contact you to confirm any interview arrangements upon successful selection of a company interview. It will be the company who finally select the apprentice position.
If you are not successful at the final interview with a company, you may be referred back into the selection pool for referral to another interview. The team will advise you accordingly on your application progress.
You will need to attend the company site for this interview and or assessment day. Some companies like to hold an assessment day and may even bring groups back should they find it difficult to select.
Ensure you fully prepare for your interview, dress smartly and provide any details required from your interview arrangements as provided by Waterside Training.
Complete research on the site, you may be asked to complete a presentation on a number of topics, full guidance will be given before attending. The company may also hold other assessments during the day such as group exercise, interviews and other technical based assessments to fully review all candidates.
