As part of our candidate selection process, we endeavour to recruit the right person who is committed to attending an apprenticeship programme and can complete such a programme at Level 3.
This is a rigorous and challenging selection process and very competitive, however, it is a tried and tested process that results in outstanding, dedicated and committed apprentices.
Waterside has very high expectations and standards, and this ethos starts at the very beginning of the apprentice’s journey with us.
We have minimum entry criteria based on a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades 4-9 or A*-C in English, Mathematics and Sciences.
All candidates need to enter our process to apply for an apprenticeship by firstly completing an application form. Unfortunately, we don’t accept CV’s you need to complete an application as entry to our apprenticeship scheme. Please visit our vacancy page to start your application process by choosing the appropriate apprenticeship vacancy.
Successful applicants will then attend a selection of aptitude tests and interviews before entering our selection pool for recommendation to a range of companies for an apprenticeship through Waterside Training.
