Stephen Gore
Technical Training Manager
Stephen is employed as our Business Development and Training Manager and has a wealth of experience in both training delivery and apprenticeships. Stephen is a registered Mechanical Assessor and Internal Verifier. Stephen’s main role is developing bespoke training courses for industry including teaching Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Basic Hand Tools and Mechanical type courses as well as designing bespoke courses for industry. Stephen provides advice on apprenticeship standards and upskilling of workforce employees to further develop training strategies within organisations.
Previously, Stephen served an Engineering Apprenticeship with Gullick and Dobson specialising as a CNC Machine Operator before moving into Apprenticeships with Wigan Borough Partnership and ProCo NorthWest before joining the Waterside Team in 2006 until 2010 when he joined Heinz for a short time as Apprentice Training Manager before re joining the Waterside Team in 2012 as Training Manager. Stephen is responsible for all commercial training and can advise on any training needs your business requires.
