Workplace Coach/Assessors

Our Workplace Development Coaches and Assessors have a wealth of experience to help coach, mentor and assess the apprentice along with guiding your business throughout the apprenticeship process and through to the end point assessment.  Our coaches will complete reviews on a timely basis providing feedback to employers and the apprentice of their current progress and overall performance. Our coaches are carefully selected from industry to enable them to mentor and guide the apprentice and employer representatives through the apprenticeship process in particular guiding and preparing the apprentice for the end point assessment. Waterside have recently appointed a Personal Development Coach to help apprentices through any adverse situations and complete tutorials on health, wellbeing and pastoral care.
