Learner and Pastoral Support | Waterside Training

All Waterside apprentices receive additional pastoral support, and receive information, advice, and guidance to support their wellbeing, and personal and social development.

We provide training and awareness sessions on positive Mental Health.

As part of the review process, apprentices are encouraged to explore relevant topics in issues such as equality and diversity in the workplace, sexual harassment, discrimination, and racism.

We also encourage our apprentices to become involved in charity and volunteering projects.
